Brief & Discovery

Collaboration is key. Working together, we clearly define a client’s culture, philosophy and workplace needs.

We deconstruct the traditional narrative and contextualise the brief. Team locations, home working, social hubs and interaction, wellbeing, and future technology, all paired with a carefully crafted sustainability strategy.

Design & Development

Led by our project directors, our creative and technical designers create designs, drawings and visuals to capture and define our client’s aesthetic and functional needs.

Furniture design, specification and integration are considered alongside the interior design scheme to achieve aesthetic synergy.

Pre-Construction

When designing to budget, achieving and demonstrating value for money is always a client need and one that we respect. Commercial transparency, honesty, and easy to understand specifications help to fulfil this need.

Providing contractual certainty for both parties helps build trust, whilst clearly defining risk and assisting financial planning. We regularly work with negotiated JCT amendments.

Build

Our in-house project management team understand that communication is key. Regular discussions to challenge risks in a collaborative way is our favoured approach to problem-solving.

Programme management, risk management, transparent commercial management and regular client and contractor meetings set the scene for on-time delivery. Attention to detail is crucial.
