Led by our Project Directors, our talented Designers create designs, drawings and visuals to capture our client’s aesthetic and functional needs. Furniture design, specification and integration are considered alongside the interior design scheme to achieve aesthetic synergy.

When designing to budget, achieving and demonstrating value for money is important. Commercial transparency, honesty, and easy-to-understand specifications help to fulfil this need. Providing contractual certainty for both parties helps build trust whilst clearly defining risk . We often work with negotiated JCT contact amendments.

Our project management team understand that communication is key. Regular discussions to challenge risks is our favoured approach to problem-solving. Programme and risk management, transparent commercial management and regular meetings set the scene for on-time delivery. Attention to detail is crucial.
