We agree to a sign-off procedure for the detailed design drawings to ensure that the client's needs are met.Where opportunities exist to refine or enhance the original design, we will present these for consideration.

When designing to budget, achieving, and demonstrating value for money is always a client need and one that we respect. Commercial transparency, honesty, and easy to understand specifications help to fulfil this need.Providing contractual certainty for both parties help build trust whilst clearly defining risk and assisting financial planning. We regularly work with negotiated JCT amendments.
