Tech Mahindra, one of the world’s leading blockchain companies, embarked on a project to refurbish its current office space in London. The primary goal was to modernise the existing infrastructure and revitalise the working environment by upgrading furniture and creating more functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

DENTON collaborated closely with Tech Mahindra’s team to develop a new layout and design scheme aligned with the company’s vision and functional requirements. This involved optimising space utilisation, creating designated collaborative zones, and integrating flexible workstations to foster a dynamic work environment.

DENTON curated a selection of modern and ergonomic furniture pieces tailored to Tech Mahindra’s needs to enhance comfort, functionality, and aesthetics. This included ergonomic chairs, modular desks, collaborative workstations, and breakout area furniture, ensuring both style and functionality were prioritised in the selection process.

The fit-out project included upgrading mechanical, lighting, and electrical systems to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, and overall functionality. This involved installing energy-efficient lighting fixtures, optimising HVAC systems for better climate control, and upgrading electrical wiring to support modern office equipment and technology.

Aesthetic enhancements were made to the office space through improved wall and ceiling finishes. This included the application of premium quality paints, textured wall treatments, and acoustic ceiling solutions to create a visually appealing and acoustically comfortable environment conducive to productivity and collaboration.

DENTON introduced innovative flooring solutions and agile workspaces to further elevate the office environment’s functionality and versatility. This involved installing durable and easy-to-maintain flooring materials such as carpet tiles and integrating flexible furniture solutions to accommodate diverse work styles and preferences.

There was a dedicated area, known as the client experience room, where Tech Mahindra’s team could collaborate effectively with clients. This space featured an interactive wall tailored for collaborative work, enhancing engagement and productivity during client meetings. Additionally, the fit-out included strategically designed zones to foster focused work, teamwork, brainstorming, and creative collaboration among Tech Mahindra employees, promoting a dynamic and collaborative work culture.

Furthermore, the fit-out incorporated a striking branded reception and welcome space, serving as a focal point for visitors and employees. This reception area showcased Tech Mahindra’s brand identity prominently, creating a memorable first impression. The company’s branding elements were thoughtfully integrated throughout the office space, with manifestations on walls along corridors and within meeting rooms, reinforcing brand consistency and identity across all touch points within the workspace.
