In the midst of COVID, a European private equity firm appointed DENTON to deliver an exciting new London office in Mayfair for their team.

Designed by Des Sources, the brief was a dramatic change from the client’s previous cellular layout. The new space has excellent natural light and is completely open plan, complemented by nine meeting and bespoke booths, each incorporating state-of-the-art technology. Allowing the client choice and control over where they want to work based on what they need to do.

As part of the client’s agreement with the Landlord, the M & E system was replaced by the DENTON team above the perforated plasterboard ceilings in such a way that the air handling units could easily be serviced.
