The office design incorporated agile work areas to foster collaboration and flexibility among team members. These spaces were strategically placed away from the desk to encourage spontaneous interactions and respite areas. Recognising the importance of confidentiality in client interactions, the office layout included private meeting rooms and phone rooms where advisors could discuss sensitive matters and portfolios with clients in a discreet setting.

The bespoke joinery feature wall in the welcome space was a standout element of the office design. This wall prominently displayed Evergreen Investment Advisors’ brand logo as a visually striking focal point reinforcing the company’s identity and professionalism to visitors and staff alike.
