An office redesign to capture the global nature of ECA International
Data, software and global mobility experts, ECA International wanted to reconfigure and refresh their existing conventional and corporate-looking office to align better with their business, culture and values. After going fully remote during the pandemic, they also wanted to upgrade the capabilities of the office as people returned to the office.
DENTON worked closely with ECA International through collaborative client workshops to lift the limitations of the traditional office space and develop a creative and vibrant interior design that reflects the global nature of the business. It was essential to foster collaboration across businesses. Regardless of their role in the organisation, everyone could work together and learn from others in these spaces. The insights were priceless as they enabled the team to focus on creating an office design that promoted freedom and autonomy.
