In partnership with Gerald Eve and Hartnell Taylor Cook, DENTON was selected to deliver CAT A works for the landlord to restore the space as the previous tenants moved out. To remain competitive in the commercial market, the landlord provided an upgrade to the mechanical and electrical system, prioritising tenant well-being. This was then followed by welcoming CAT B finish for the new tenants, specialist providers of property finance Commercial Acceptances (part of the Close Brothers Group) moved into the space.

The existing VRV aircon system was replaced to provide individual zone control ability in each room within the space, as well as a CO2 monitoring system to ensure the health, safety, and energy efficiency of the building. Installation of new LED lighting was also provided to improve energy efficiency and increase productivity. With the rise of people cycling to work and maintaining a work-life balance, a new shower room was installed to foster a healthy lifestyle for tenants.
