Working alongside the project management team at Hollis, Gravity Interior Designers and the building management team at CBRE, DENTON transform M&Gs 3,5,00 sqft space into a ready-to-work, convenient, contemporary office space for potential tenants. The attractive space is well connected with excellent transport links to Green Park station, Piccadilly station and Charing Cross station, all within easy walking distance.

As the demand for plug-and-play offices increases, tenants require high-performance and flexible workspaces. Our brief was to deliver a contemporary, open-plan office space that can cater to multiple working styles, including formal and informal collaboration areas, with a welcoming reception space that any potential client can walk into and feel at home.

Upon entering the space, the team installed a bespoke, Nordic reception area with panelled reception desk, matching the panel partition for a private impromptu meeting space. Its quality, simplistic design is present throughout, with a neutral colour scheme that can be easily tailored to a tenant’s brand. To create a welcoming and inviting reception, the waiting area is furnished with comfortable seating and a table for visitors.

Designed as plug-and-play, the office’s interior incorporates a variety of work areas that promote activity-based working. Simple meeting spaces were created for tenants to book for collaborative work or private discussions, complete with high-end acoustic partitions – a formal boardroom for meetings with transparent partitions within the open-space office. In addition to a break-out area with high tables that can also be used for impromptu meetings.
