Schroders is a multinational asset management company delivering a broad range of investments designed to meet the diverse needs of institutions, intermediaries, and high-net-worth individuals. DENTON was selected to deliver a CAT A+ fit-out at asset Battersea Studio 1 as part of the Battersea Studios office development in Southwest London.

As we do, Schroders take pride in understanding their clients’ needs to deliver the right expertise across the business, and this project was no different. They wanted to create a space tailored to match any professional’s working environment for the best possible outcome. Allow people to work individually or collectively.

A FITWEL 1 Star rating was awarded to the building for establishing an indoor air quality management policy and facilitating bike storage, lockers, and showers. The installation of signs promoting stair use at lift call areas and handwashing in bathrooms also encouraged maintaining a healthy lifestyle while at work. In line with this, the space is created to support flexible working from a variety of meeting spaces to hotdesking and private, noise-cancelling booths to create a comfortable, spacious, safe haven.
