An ideal commuter’s home, Argyll House is just a short walk from Oxford Circus station amid the hustle and bustle of the city. It was important for the client to convert the space into a bright, contemporary space that would meet the expectations of a modern business.

Implementing a complete CAT A fit-out to the 2nd floor, which included brand new, fully accessible raised floors with contemporary linear LED lighting, a custom acoustic treatment to the ceilings, with suspended ceiling rafts to reduce reverberation noise and finished to complement the mechanical. New, contemporary WCs with modern fixtures and finishes were installed to complete the renovation. The transformation contributed to creating an appealing and dynamic workspace that went under offer before the project was completed.

Following the success of the Cat A office project, we completed additional work on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors in line with the 2nd floor. These spaces were tailored to the individual floor layout to highlight the natural lighting from the windows.
