Overview
Cat A refurb delivers the ultimate blank canvas
The previous occupier vacated a much-loved 10,000 sqft space at 75 King William Street, London, and DENTON was assigned to give it a new lease of life. The client wanted to swiftly return the mezzanine to a desirable space for the office rental market to quickly and efficiently attract new tenants.
- Cat A and landlord mechanical service works
- New services and raised access flooring
- New ceiling with LED lighting including an intelligent control system
- New fire alarm heads
After removing over 250 tonnes of the existing fit-out, our Cat A refurb delivered the ultimate blank canvas for a new tenant. Our skilled in-house team of office designers and M&E engineers focused on capturing the abundant natural light and illuminating the space to create a brighter, fresher environment. A new ceiling was installed with LG7 compatible lighting, including an intelligent control system to add more light to the space when needed.
The team fully refurbished the WCs for a contemporary feel to complete with modern fixtures and fittings to complete the transformation.
