55 Spring Gardens is situated in the heart of Manchester and has been designed to offer flexible floor plates with a range of Grade A workspaces. DENTON was appointed to refresh the office space in partnership with Avid, to return it to an attractive and appealing working space for the new tenants to move in.

All carpets were replaced, and the walls were painted with a fresh neural white in the existing open-plan office and the mezzanine floor to reflect the natural light around the space.

The existing tea point was also updated to encourage interaction and connection within the space. Our team provided new cabinets, worktops, and splashback in neutral colours for the tenants to accessorise to make it their own. High tables and seating were also added to the space to make it a sociable space to foster conversations and collaboration. Feature pendant lighting was hung above the breakout table to create a relaxed environment as a finishing touch.
