What is a detail and build fit-out?

Private Client’s detail and build fit-out 

DENTON was appointed by a European private equity firm during the height of COVID to create an exciting new London office in Mayfair. Designed by Des Sources, the open plan space includes nine meeting and bespoke booths with advanced technology, offering flexibility for the team to choose where to work in a modern agile office. A huge transformation from the cellular layout they had before. The DENTON team also replaced the M & E system above the perforated plasterboard ceilings for easy maintenance, as agreed with the landlord, as part of the detail and build fit-out.
