Taking the top office floor of the ten-storey development—Manchester’s first fully net zero carbon commercial building—this bold relocation provides a transformational and unrivalled new workspace, with a high-quality fit out built around the needs of its people.
The fit out was a collaborative effort supported by Incognito, Avid Property Consultants, DENTON, Kennedy Redford, Heatons Group, and RLB (Rider Levett Bucknall). Together, we shaped a future-ready space centred on collaboration, wellbeing, and progressive ways of working.
As part of a highly sustainable development, certified with a NABERS 5-star rating and BREEAM Outstanding status, Hill Dickinson has also pursued SKA Gold accreditation for its fit out—reflecting its continued commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable business practices.
With panoramic views of the city and access to a private rooftop terrace, the new space not only enhances day-to-day working but reflects the firm’s ambitious regional growth and forward-thinking culture.
