Bronze: for a standard specification with huge latent potential
A project in our bronze package will be complete with partitions according to the needs and uses of the space, with consideration given to the acoustics. Clients may want to choose glass partitions for a slightly increased cost or stick with solid partitions.
Workspaces completed to this standard will be mostly open plan. Walls will be painted, as opposed to being complete with branding or graphics. Carpeting will be standard, with the option for vinyl if preferred. Mechanical and electrical services will be modified with existing ceilings retained with minor modifications.
When it comes to the furnishings in a bronze package fit-out, clients can expect fixed desks and lower group fabrics. Things are stripped-back but budget-friendly, there will be soft seating and wireframe legs, in place of oak legs. The room will be fitted with basic audiovisual technology, including audio conferencing.

Silver: for more cellularisation, features & higher-grade materials
A fit-out that falls within our silver package will have everything listed above, but with more creative partitioning and cellularisation — more glass, meeting rooms and other collaborative zones.
Silver introduces feature ceilings and feature walls, in addition to standard painted walls. Flooring also receives more of an uplift, which might be timber for client-facing areas. Services — and by extension, the immediate experience of the building once the fit-out is complete — are also taken to the next level. Expect thermostatic temperature control and feature lighting.
Static desking can be complemented with the introduction of height adjustment desks, accommodating a range of working styles more flexibly — for example, collaborative standup meetings.
Furnishings, finishings and fabrics will be more mid-tier. Think soft seating and MFC, a type of hand-selected, quality wood veneer that very closely mimics natural timber. Audiovisual technology will be more widespread, throughout internal client areas and meeting rooms, with video conferencing capabilities built-in.
Gold: for an agile, personalised, high-tech, high-grade fit-out
Now, we arrive at gold. For a workspace fit-out with all the bells and whistles; an interior that boasts the most leading-edge features, fabrics, furnishings, furniture and technology.
A space falling within our gold package will be replete with the latest smart tech, including personalised, on-brand feature walls. These types of space may also harness biophilia; incorporating natural, ‘green’ elements can improve workspace satisfaction.
With bespoke joinery, creative partitioning of meeting rooms and other zones, gold allows you to immediately achieve a collaborative, agile and dynamic workspace — particularly crucial in the post-pandemic area.
Think feature lighting, with full control for different areas, as well as double glazing to provide an acoustically-considered space. Ceilings can be completed to a standard that suits your particular taste; this may mean feature ceilings or an exposed, industrial aesthetic that reveals the services in the ceiling void. Similarly, flooring will be high spec, possibly with ceramic or porcelain tiles.
Spaces completed to our gold standard are responsive and specially designed for comfort — so expect modifications to air conditioning, including individual controls and lighting for different spaces.
Furnishings will also conform to the highest spec: high-range fabrics, meeting tables and laminate finishes. Furniture sourced will be of the highest quality to suit the needs of those using the space — this might mean a mixture of sit-stand desks and static desks with sliding tops. It could also include FENIX finishes on tops, a type of material that is highly resistant to wear and tear.
These spaces will be complete with responsive AV tech, too; everything you’d get with a bronze and silver package fit-out, but with room booking systems and interactive touch screen boards.
