Who should be in a client office fit-out project team?

Most of our clients set up a focus group to input throughout the fit-out project. This often includes an internally appointed project lead (often a Facilities Manager, Office Manager, or HR Manager), a Finance Manager, and a Maintenance Manager.  

Whilst it is important to have diverse internal input, it is important to avoid a ‘design by committee’ scenario. It is also important that the internal project lead is identified and empowered to make decisions in a timely fashion.
