FAQs
Settling into your new office – what happens?
During the occupation phase, you should expect to undertake a period of settling in and adjustment, during which you can make any necessary changes or modifications to the space to ensure that it meets your requirements. You may also need to undertake a period of staff training and orientation to ensure that all staff members are familiar with the new space and any new systems or equipment installed as part of the fit-out.
It's important to inform staff of key dates, logistics, and timescales related to an office fit-out as soon as possible to ensure that everyone is aware of what's happening and can plan accordingly.
Evaluating the success of an office fit-out can be done in several ways and will depend on the goals and objectives that were established at the outset of the project.
