Typical costs for a London design, fit-out and furniture project are in the region of:

CAT A Fit-Out = £100 - £150 per sq ft

CAT B Fit-Out = £50 - £150 per sq ft

• VAT
• Building-related costs: rent, rates, service charges, building security maintenance, facilities contracts, and existing space dilapidation costs at the end of a lease.
